How to buy?

Through the website you can choose the products that you like the most. Once you have the basket completed, the next step if you are not registered is to fill in the form and the shipping address. Then you can make the payment with the different methods that we have, finally receiving the confirmation that the order has been placed.

Note: if you choose the Payment method bybank transfer, you have two working days to make the payment. The order will be considered completed and will be prepared once we have received the payment.


Shipping is free for all orders over 40 euros (including VAT). The rest will have a cost of € 6 throughout the peninsula (except the Balearic, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Meililla, where at the moment we do not have a delivery service at controlled temperature). All shipments will be made within 24/72 hours from the time of order confirmation on weekdays (no shipments will be made on weekends or holidays). Orders placed after Thursday at 12:00 hours will be sent the following Monday. All shipments are made through our transport agency Seur with refrigerated transport for the perfect preservation of the product during shipping.


All prices have already applied the corresponding VAT %.

Management of incidents

The customer may claim in the following cases: when the package is completely broken and this affects the quality of the product (in this case, it must be communicated to the carrier and stated on the delivery note) or when the products received do not correspond to the order placed. For any incident, doubt or query, you can send an email to: consultations@conusrodellas.com indicating the name and order number and we will contact you as soon as possible.
